A registered pesticide application business may file on behalf of the applicators
and technicians it employs. If you have multiple applicators and technicians,
the business may file a Form 26AE (List of Commercial Applicators and Technicians)
containing the Certification Numbers of all the applicators and technicians.
All pesticide sales organizations which sell restricted use pesticides are required
to hold a Commercial Sales permit. All holders of Commercial Sales permits are required
to report, even if you did not make any sales.
